Every Sacred Moon Flute is made with care and respect for the natural character of wood. Here is what to expect when you order.

How long does a made-to-order flute take?

Please allow up to three weeks for your flute to be handcrafted before shipping. Shipping time is additional.

Are flutes returnable?

For hygiene and customer safety, all Sacred Moon Flutes are final sale, including Available Flutes, Made to Order, and Build Your Flute instruments. Because these are mouth-blown instruments that come into contact with the player's mouth and saliva, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, even if a flute has only been briefly tested.

What if my flute arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Please contact SMFlutes@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where helpful. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. This final-sale policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Will my flute look exactly like the photographs?

Natural wood varies in color, figure, and grain. Each flute is unique, and the maker selects the wood for its beauty. Inlay interpretations and placements may vary as part of the handcrafted process.

What tuning and scale do you use?

Our flutes use the minor pentatonic scale. Standard tuning is 432 Hz, with 440 Hz available when selected.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the order and destination.
